Product Condition and Specification:


New: These types of products are brand new products, sealed in original manufacturer box with full manufacturer’s warranty.

Refurbished: These types of products are generally recertified by an Original Manufacturer or 3rd party company. These types of products may have minor scratches due to normal product usage and doesn't necessarily come with documentation and software unless indicated. Refurbished products are tested before shipment and generally work without any issue. In this connection, we like to inform you that, we carry only Grade-A Refurbished units. All refurbished product comes with 30 days warranty.

Sales Tax:

Sales Tax applies to New York State customers only. The percentage charged is the legal New York State tax assigned from IRS. Tax is not implied on purchases made to New York State customers if they provide a valid Tax Exempt Paper from IRS, or a Reseller Certificate. All instate sales are subject to tax according with the New York state laws.

Shipping: provides standard FREE ground shipping in US 48 states (except Alaska and Hawaii) through FedEx or UPS.

Order Priority: We always have priorities for our Express Shipments. Products purchased before 3 PM. EST are usually shipped out on the same day. We request approximately 24 – 48 hours processing time for orders with ground shipment.

Order Tracking: Once your order is been processed, we will then prepare the tracking number. We will provide you the tracking number via e-mail once the shipment is been out from our warehouse for delivery.

Extreme Weather and P.O. Boxes: Extreme weather is always unpredictable. Therefore, delay of your order due to extreme weather is out of our hands, and we cannot be held liable for this kind of issue.

We do not ship our products to P.O boxes because the freight companies (FedEx/UPS) do not ship to them, a physical address is always required in the “Shipping Address” section of your order. If the address does have a P.O. Box, then customer will need to confirm a physical address. will not be held liable for delay of shipment in such situation.

Holiday and Weekend Orders: UPS/FedEx does not ship on weekends, therefore, orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped out from our warehouse on the next business day in accordance to order reception and shipment choices.

In State Shipments: Please note that although our office is located in the NYC vicinity, Do Not estimate your ground shipments to arrive in accordance to our office location. has affiliates in different other states, therefore, we request our customers to consider 5-6 business days’ time for orders with ground shipments.

International Orders: Minimum order value for any international order is USD 1000 in addition to that shipment for those international order needs to be made through customers own UPS/FedEx account. Finally will charge a minimum of $75 dollar processing and handling fee for all international orders.

Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii: There will be no ground shipping applicable for the state of Alaska and Hawaii. If any customer wants then we can send them via Priority shipping methods like Overnight or Second Day Air.

Payment: accepts all major credits cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

International Orders: We encourage all our overseas customers to use American Express because American Express has a multination credit card processing system which generally helps facilitate the processing of international orders. Sometimes we find that our overseas customers have trouble making purchases through Visa, Master Card, and Discover from our store. This is often due to the credit card issuing companies because in some countries Visa, Master Card and Discover process their credit card locally.

Bank Wire Transfers: We also accept Bank Wire Transfers from customers those are unable to make credit card purchases. A minimum of USD 50 charge will be applicable for all international/domestic wire transfer.

Payment for failed orders: never accesses any customer’s credit card information, nor does have the capability of charging you more than what you agreed to pay in your original invoice. Your credit card is never stored in our system, unless an authorization is given to do so.

When orders fail, it is not up to our discretion to reject any forms of credit card payments.

It is a third party credit card processing center that we use as a safety measure for all our customers. They inform us of the feasibility of the payments made and if there is any risk of fraudulent payments.

Please be advised, we are not liable for any failed orders and we do not hold any funds if an order has been declined.

Payment for cancelled orders: If a product purchased by the customer and later found to be Out Of Stock or we will not be able to complete your order then we will cancel the order and void any payment attempts made by the customer towards

Return Policy:

We apologize in advance, if any products we sell to our customer give technical difficulties. Some times during shipment, products do get damaged and may be delivered to our customer as a DOA (Dead on Arrival) product. In these circumstances, we often try our best to facilitate with exchange of the product purchased.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):

All e-commerce returns are processed through this procedure, the first step is to fill out the Return Request (RMA) form and wait for us to issue you further instructions and address to ship the products to.

Return Request:

All products come with 30 days warranty. return request should have to be filed within 30 days of purchase, if this time line is exceeded, we cannot be held liable for any products that we issue warranties for. We cannot be financially responsible, or asked to do replacements.

Products with Manufacturer Warranty (Brand New):

You will need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement which can easily be done by calling their 1-800 numbers.

Products Under 30/60/90 Days Warranty:

The condition of these products would generally be refurbished. These products will be handled by our company if any issues arise within the warranty period.

Products that are damaged in any way (abuse, improper installation, shock, electrostatic discharge, heat/ humidity, modifications or neglect) will NOT be allowed for refund. Even with a Restocking fee we will not be able to refund you the rest of the money.

If you receive any damaged products, please notify as soon as possible. Please note that you should also notify the shipping company so that we can quickly arrange for the replacements and file the appropriate claims with the shipping company.

No Refund:

If you purchase products with Full Manufacturer Warranty, (Which is generally sold in sealed condition) we will not be allowed to issue any refunds for any open products. Customer need to contact the manufacturer directly for any issue regarding those products.

No Return:

Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to the customer at his/her cost if received by us. Products those are not eligible for return are:

Product NOT purchased from

Product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with  missing/damaged/altered or otherwise unreadable serial number.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail  Box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of Purchase.

Product that exhibits physical damage.

Please Note that does not have any onsite technical support staff. Therefore, we will be unable to advise any customer about compatibility, firmware, revisions, etc. Customers are asked to confirm their purchases via part numbers and members of our support team are available for assisting you in sales, not technical support.


Restocking fees are charged to customers to make up for the time spent in processing your order, labor, and also the depreciation of goods as it is once returned to us at no fault from us. Often a product shipped out to customers cannot generally be sold back to the market, until tested and formatted.
